Finding you the perfect house is only the beginning of an agent’s job. It is very important to have an agent who not only can find you the perfect house, but get you the best price for it, which is my favorite part.  During negotiations, I actually prepare an entire contract presentation to justify offers, even meeting directly with sellers and their agents to explain the finer points.  As your agent, I make it my job to create a smooth seamless experience from finding the house through to the closing.  This is why I have continued success and a business built on referrals.
